19th Century Loyalist Barn Conservation, Prince Edward County, Ontario

These are photos of recently completed conservation work to a Loyalist Barn near Picton, Ontario. The owner was adamant that the barn be restored to its original condition, using traditional materials and techniques. This gave us the opportunity to hand hew some beautiful hemlock posts and pine beams.
