18th Century Banffy Castle Restoration, Romania

This is an ongoing restoration to Banffy Castle in Bontida, Transylvania. The project is a joint effort between The Institute of Historic Building Conservation in the UK, and the Transylvania Trust in Romania. The castle is one of Romania's finest, and is providing Romanian and Hungarian craftsmen with valuable training and experience.
